WHY BOOK
WEDDING
MUSICIANS?
Weddings can be an expensive business and with everything else to pay for is there a real need for live musicians on the day. After all, you could ask an Usher to load a couple of songs on to his phone and for him to bring his bluetooth speaker - job done. Or is it?
Weddings are one of life’s major events for most people. It’s a day when two people publicly choose to declare their emotional attachment to one another. It’s a day full of memories that last. Amidst all the pomp and circumstance of the day those core emotions are most likely to be captured with music. But how is that going to happen with music that was recorded months, if not years ago, and has no real connection with your wedding?
Timing of the music though-out the day is all important, but especially for the entrance of the bridal party. Knowing the exact moment to start is critical. Building the air of anticipation as the bridesmaid begin to arrive can be done with a slow crescendo until finally the moment arrives - enter the bride. The music now should be at full volume, soaring instruments celebrating a very important moment in two people’s lives. A slow walk down the aisle as the groom catches site of his bride for the very first time, with their special song be played live especially for them. It’s one of life’s moments to cherish. Let the music gradually slow and run to a natural finish point when the service itself can begin.
Unashamedly romantic. But then isn't there romance for every couple getting married? Isn't that why they are doing it in the first place?

’Your music is beyond magical and made me cry - I hadn't cried until that moment so you ‘won’ that one' -Hollie and Alex

Or, alternatively, give the usher a thumbs up to hit the pause button his phone, probably mid-chorus. Job done.
